2. Use of Boztik Tools

The Boztik Creative Toolkit browser extension is provided free of charge, "as is," for use in analyzing and working with images and creative assets in your browser. You are responsible for using the extension in accordance with its intended purpose and any applicable laws.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the extension at any time. We aim to maintain backward compatibility and stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.

3. Image and Content Uploads

Where our tools or services involve uploading, submitting, or sharing images or other content with us (for example, when requesting photo editing services), you confirm that:

• You own the content, or you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it with us and to have it edited.
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• The content does not violate any applicable law.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to decline to work on content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

The Boztik name, logo, website design, extension software, and original written content (including guides and articles) are the property of Boztik and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.

For photo editing services, unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the underlying original images you submit remains with you. Once a commissioned edit is delivered and paid for in full, you receive the right to use the delivered edited files for your own purposes. We do not claim ownership over your original photographs.

5. Photo Editing Services

Boztik offers professional photo editing and restoration services on a commissioned basis, as described on our Services page. Specific scope, pricing, turnaround time, and deliverables for any commissioned work are agreed on a case-by-case basis before work begins, typically through direct communication (email or our support channels).

We aim to deliver quality work that reasonably matches what was discussed, but creative and editing work is inherently subjective. We will work with you in good faith to address reasonable revision requests as agreed at the time of commissioning.

6. Payments and Refunds

Where services or support involve payment (including donations or commissioned work via platforms such as Ko-fi), payment terms, pricing, and any applicable refund conditions will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or commissioning.

Because photo editing work involves time and effort once started, refunds are generally not guaranteed once work has begun, except where we are unable to deliver what was agreed, or as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. If you have a concern about a payment or commissioned work, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

7. External Services and Links

Our website and extension may link to, or integrate with, third-party services (for example, AI providers you connect using your own API key, payment or donation platforms, or external websites). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Availability and Service Limitations

We aim to keep the website and extension available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The website and extension may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

Boztik is operated independently, and turnaround times for commissioned services may vary depending on current workload and availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boztik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the extension, or our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.
